What's Included?

Design Advice
With over 15 years experience we can help identify the best route to get the permissions you need.
Laser Scanned Survey
Using a top of the range 3D laser scanner we create a 'digital twin' of your home.
Professional CAD Drawings
We use the latest architectural design software to produce the drawings for your application.
Application Submissions
When you're ready to apply for permission we'll handle the submission for you, and liaise with the council.
Drawing Amendments
We want you to be happy with your extension so offer unlimited amendments prior to submission.
3D Exterior Image
Once you're happy with the plans we'll create a 3D exterior image of the extension for you.

What's Not Included?

Local Authority Fees
Your local council will charge for considering your application. The amount of the fee varies depending on the permission you are applying for.
Structural Calculations
Structural calculations are not needed for planning permission but when its time to plan the build you'll need an engineer to confirm the structural requirements. We work with different engineers and can help you with this when the time comes.
Other Fees
Occasionally you may need additional services from other professionals as part of the approval process (e.g. a tree survey). If this is required in your we can help you find the necessary professional and work with them on your behalf.
